Level 1 Certificate in Customer Services

This qualification is ideal for anyone who is working within a customer service role, either over the telephone or in person. You will be carrying out routine tasks and will take responsibility for your workload, but will have support from team members as and when required. The qualification will develop your skills for carrying out tasks in a service role such as dealing with routine and non-routine queries, communicating effectively, meeting customer needs, resolving complaints and managing customer relationships. You will be required to complete a workbook, be observed in your working environment and collect evidence to demonstrate your skills and knowledge.
