Early years student placement success is a key outcome of Havering Adult College’s hands-on learning approach. One student recently turned her preschool placement into a paid role, gaining confidence and practical childcare skills.

From day one, the student impressed staff and children at Teddies Pre School. The Preschool Manager shared:

After volunteering one day a week, the student was offered paid work for two additional days. This early years student placement success helped her:
