Case Study: Pre-Entry ESOL – Class Feedback
Our ESOL learners have been studying with us for various lengths of time depending on the level they started on. Reading, writing, speaking and listening are all covered in the ESOL programme and through your Pre-Course Interview your level at each will be determined. This allows you to improve your skills based on your personal abilities.
Our Pre-Entry class told us they joined “To be able to have conversations with different people. To be able to talk to people themselves rather than through another person. To be able to go into employment.”
They are now,
“Able to talk to people and say more than hello.” They are able to “make friends and make appointments for themselves.”
They all felt their teacher is “good and kind” and would like to “continue with their studies so they can access new opportunities.”
Our Pre-Entry class will progress onto Entry Level 1, then 2, then 3, up to Level 2 if they choose.
